是的,22度以上易萌发,黑木耳发菌需28度左右,最适萌发并造成危害。杂菌清用予高温养菌效果远胜于低温养菌!目前主要用于黑木耳和高温季节种菇。

<p>通常黑木耳烂包率约占生产量的50%。烂包有两种表现形式:一是黑木耳菌种在菌丝发至半包以后,菌丝变黄消退,接种块上先出现红水,接着红水流到那里,菌种包就绿到那里,菌种自上而下变绿报废(又称红水病),轻者影响成活率, 重者整个菌种厂的所有菌种数日内全军复没。2006-2007年度我市生产黑木耳菌种约3000万包,数百家黑木耳菌种厂出现严重烂包,这一年黑木耳菌种烂包发生率高达50%,大量售出的菌种变绿后,发生了严重的退货和索赔纠纷。二是大田黑木耳菌棒打孔排场初期;或者出头桩耳时,遇高温高湿气候, 黑木耳菌丝变黄消退,接着菌棒自下而上迅速变绿报废,2008-2009我省各县黑木耳菌棒烂包损害率普遍超过50%,直接经济损失数亿元,上万耳农血本无归,不少己经脱贫的耳农因此重新返贫,成了当地严重的三农问题。2007年,我市34家大型菌种场联名上书政府要求帮助解决黑木耳烂包问题,市政府和浙江大学均派人到安仁镇调查,.黑木耳烂包巳经严重制约了我国黑木耳产业的发展,研究黑木耳烂包的发生原因和预防措施已迫在眉捷.。 </p>
<p> 长期以来, 各地对于黑木耳烂包的真实原因一直没有明确的结论,大多数人认为烂包是高温烧包或者绿霉感染引起, 还有人怀疑烂包是病毒污染引起的不治之症。数万耳农每年为此要承受数以亿元损失。一些饱受烂包危害的大型菌种场最早尝试添加杂菌清制作菌种的应用性试验, 接着一些黑木耳生产企业也开始参与用杂菌清预防黑木耳烂包的应用性试验,四年来各个厂家600万菌包普遍获得良好的试用效果,黑木耳菌种和栽培经济效益成倍增长,这些工厂今年计划生产菌种和菌棒已超过一千万包。预防黑木耳烂包的应用性试验说明:高温烧包和木霉感染不是黑木耳烂包主要原因,烂包也不是什么病毒污染造成的不治之症,试验证明黑木耳烂包主要是由培养基污染细菌造成,完全可以用中草药进行有效的预防。</p>

<p>食用菌行业我是连入门都算不上,所以还要问个或许幼稚的问题。<br/>这个帖子我一直浏览,,我个人理解叶老师的药物是抑制细菌的,很多栽培不成功的问题也都是细菌带来的。<br/>我觉得这些问题通常在高温、高湿、不通风的情况会集中表现出来,那是不是用了叶老师的药物即使在如此恶劣环境下也不会出现这些病变呢?<br/>曾经实验过叶老师给我的药物,,好像不是现在的,我使用的是营养添加剂</p>

药物防治只是一种辅助措施,灭菌的效果也在于锅炉与培养料的匹配。
