Now, we have to put up walls & roof. Particular attention must be paid to insulation. The traditional growing house has about 7 layers of insulation materials including styrofoam, poly cover and foil insulation. Warm cloth of acryl fiber, glass or mineral wool is available for outer insulation cover (see Figure 9).

The prefabricated growing house however doesn't necessarily need separate insulation materials as the structural insulation panel (SIP) has an insulation effect as denoted by its name. Insulation panels vary according to their core materials like (expanded) polystyrene, polyurethane and fiber glass.

Insulated panels are characterized as light weight, easy to build, durable, expandable, non-combustible, humidity-tolerant, corrosion resistant and well-insulated, and thus, energy consicious. Still, you have to be aware of cracks and gaps between wall panels and between walls & roof, windows, other vents and doors, major culprits for heat loss. Proper sealing is recommended including rubber door seal.

The panel house shown in Figure 17. has an arch-shaped roof with one panel ranging from roof ridge to wall end, a good option to reduce heat loss from the gap between roof and wall. The curvature or angle in the roof prevents condensation droplets from falling off the mushroom beds.

Polyurethane foam is an excellent insulant but the polyurethane panel is more expensive than the polystyren panel. Instread, polyurethane foam could be from inside as shown below.

For door, a doulbe door is good but you don't need to open a huge door when only growers without any machinery enter the room. That only affects the room conditions, ever increasing the contamination risk. Therefore, two sizes of doors are recommended.

Aluminium, galvanized or any corrosion-proof door frames are recommended. Doors should be closed tight with rubber seals.

Finally, the shelves, which, I observe, most Europeans and Americans prefer to call mushroom beds. Let's make a bed for them. Would you like to make them hanging beds like hammocks?

You need nettings but the first net is pretty hard and durable enough to withstand heavy resist a somewhat heavy mushroom substrate. On the first metal-like wire, a combination of plastic sheets and various kinds of nets can be covered.

Generally, two rows of shelves with 3 to 5 or 6 tiers are installed in each room. The side line of the shelf serves as a rail on which the trolley or other machines run.

日产三吨的菇房，首先要设定单位面积产量和周期天数，具此推算菇房面积。我认为您的情况应采用“拱型三层架双膜卷帘被菇房”，一是造价相对低廉，二是完全可以满足你地区双孢菇的周年生产且便于实现机械化作业。

投资过千万的话 我看不如搞食用菌多糖的提取等精细加工,增殖潜力大
