For door, a doulbe door is good but you don't need to open a huge door when only growers without any machinery enter the room. That only affects the room conditions, ever increasing the contamination risk. Therefore, two sizes of doors are recommended.

Aluminium, galvanized or any corrosion-proof door frames are recommended. Doors should be closed tight with rubber seals.

Finally, the shelves, which, I observe, most Europeans and Americans prefer to call mushroom beds. Let's make a bed for them. Would you like to make them hanging beds like hammocks?
You need nettings but the first net is pretty hard and durable enough to withstand heavy resist a somewhat heavy mushroom substrate. On the first metal-like wire, a combination of plastic sheets and various kinds of nets can be covered.
Generally, two rows of shelves with 3 to 5 or 6 tiers are installed in each room. The side line of the shelf serves as a rail on which the trolley or other machines run.
