<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>3、成型机:由压拔器、引导板、泡沫板、补板、底板等组成。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>三、加工工艺</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>1、木屑菌种准备</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>A、从培养瓶中取出木屑菌种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>B、检查有无杂菌,并除去原基与接种点的老菌种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>C、菌种粉碎后,筛取得颗粒度为<span lang="EN-US">2~3mm</span>的木屑菌种。</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>2、填装</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>A、在底板与补板之间装入成型板,并使补板、成型板各底板上的孔正对在一起。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>B、在补板上填加经过筛分颗粒均匀的木屑菌种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>C、用刮板刮掉多余的菌种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>3、成型</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>A、在补板上加上泡沫板,并使上下板的孔对在一起。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>B、盖上引导板</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>C、用压拔器沿引导板的孔依次压下,加工完成。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>加工工作的要点是,<span lang="EN-US"></span>使泡沫板上的孔与其他各个板上的孔的位置完全对在一起。如果没有正对在一起,泡沫盖的位置就会偏斜。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>四、注意事项</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>1、<span lang="EN-US"></span>由于菌种属于微生物,应保持容器与用具的清洁。(特别是在成型菌种制造前及改变品种时,要用酒精消毒)</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>2、使用充分成熟的木屑菌种生产成型菌种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>3、最好在<span lang="EN-US">18</span>℃以下进行成型菌种的加工,温度过高有杂菌发生的可能性。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>五、培养管理</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>1、加工好的成型菌种<span lang="EN-US">10</span>块重叠放在一起,在<span lang="EN-US">15~18</span>℃的温度下培养<span lang="EN-US">4~10</span>天。在低温培养的情况下,培养日数要加长。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>2、培养室的湿度最好维持在<span lang="EN-US">60%</span>,培养中若菌种变干,要加盖塑料布等进行保湿。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>3、培养温度很低时,虽然一加温能加快生长,但是用炉火、电炉等直接加热时,有时会造成菌丝死亡。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>4、在高温与高温的条件下培养,是非常危险的。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>5、培养室不要密闭,进行适当的通风换气。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"></span>六、检查与保存</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>1、<span lang="EN-US"></span>确认发菌状态及泡沫盖与木屑菌种的着生状态,在室外或白炽灯下用眼检查有无杂菌及菌种的干湿状况。<span lang="EN-US"></span>当然,有异味的成型菌种也是不合格的。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>2、在冬季(<span lang="EN-US">12</span>月~<span lang="EN-US">2</span>月),放在低温、黑暗的场所能保存<span lang="EN-US">50</span>~<span lang="EN-US">60</span>日。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>3、<span lang="EN-US"></span>在4月以后进行接种的情况下,应在冷库中保存。若在常温下保存,应在培养后的<span lang="EN-US">1~2</span>周以内进行接种。</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>A、秋季砍伐的原木,作为标准在变干以前接种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>B、冬季砍伐的原木,因为原木失水过晚,应在砍伐<span lang="EN-US">20</span>天后再接种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>C、春季砍伐的原木,因为容易干燥,应在树木萌芽前砍伐并立即接种。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>2、打孔</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>A、用成型菌种专用钻头<span lang="EN-US">(</span>直径<span lang="EN-US">12.7mm)</span>打孔。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>B、标准原木的打种孔深度在<span lang="EN-US">25mm</span>左右。</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>C、接种孔最好不要过深。</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>C、从成型盒中取出的菌种,应随取随用。</p>

购入的泡沫板,在工厂里已经预切了泡沫盖,但是没有完全切下来,还略微连着一点,当用压拔器下压时,泡沫盖随即就会脱落并压入对应的托盘孔穴内。<br/>以前曾经委托国内的多家企业生产这种泡沫板。企业的技术人员一看就明白,都认为很简单,但是经过数月的摸索,也很难达到使用要求。<br/>这种菌种对木屑菌种的质量、加工场所环境、培养条件、储运条件和操作人员的技术和卫生要求很高。看似简单,要达到批量生产而且成功,软硬件缺一不可。<br/>这种技术在日本很成熟,但是,当年本人带领员工在日本专业技术人员的现场指导下,也经过了数次失败,才做出了符合要求的产品。

好贴。看来压的时候,中间有一层是比较柔软的,最下面一层成型的模就是硬的。不太明白的是,盖着菌种的泡沫部分在哪个阶段割好,感觉是最后用引导板压下去的时候就割好了,但没看见突出的刃,难道是切圆的刃在压拔器上?后期似乎没有杀菌,只是利用菌种长好的生长优势,同时保持洁净;防虫的工作估计也做得很好。

<p>与香菇品种有关:<br/>早熟品种冬春季接种,当年的秋季就可采收,<br/>晚熟品种冬春季接种,来年的秋季才可采收。</p>

<p>在庆元车站边就有很多菇棚 还去过一个高海拔乡镇 菇农用的就是胶囊菌种 据他们说一个乡镇大概有2千万棒 菌种提前预定 由食用菌站统一协调生产发放的 一颗三分钱&nbsp;好像还有些许补贴 菌种样子和楼主图片差不多 接种时用尖棒戳个比菌种小的小孔 然后把菌种摁进去 泡沫盖与菌袋表面紧密结合&nbsp;接种数一般一棒三个 别的乡镇没去过 具体情况就不是很清楚了</p>
