<p>菌类在生长中要散发大量的热量,在工厂化生产中就需要进行人工控制温度,加装制冷设备,需要加多大的设备?就需要知道在生长中菌类的呼吸热,然后计算冷量,来选配制冷设备,以求最大的利用设备的效能,最大的节能效果。</p>

库房制冷量计算:放包量*最大呼吸热+夏季温度最高时最大通风量消耗的冷量+库房 散冷量。外加30%左右不可计制冷量。

食用菌发菌期呼吸热极高 ,但影响呼吸热的因素很多,比如:培养基、品种、种植方式、培养密度、供氧量等。
