小平菇不是真正的秀珍菇，正宗的秀珍菇在夏季只有工厂化才能生产出来，我用的是高温灰平菇。<br/><br/><br/>品种叫法太乱,高温灰可能就是秀珍菇,只是采的比这还小点,还有个名子叫凤尾菇.

3%的菌袋长绿毛了。怎么办？发酵料装的，最后一批装的长的绿毛好治吗？
