[讨论]翻堆机真的落伍了吗?

谢谢楼主关于翻堆机问题的关注。请楼主帮忙算笔账，我们每年需要3万吨的二次发酵料，如果按翻堆机模式该如何设计?

效率
1、翻堆机的效率不低。假若一次发酵时间为，非冬天18天，冬天19天，七到八次（建）翻堆，每周制作出一次发酵料800吨左右，需要一台最好二台翻堆机，工人4人，维修工半个，加一个管理人员。如果扩大至每周1350吨或更多，需要二台最好三台翻堆机，工人6人，维修工一个，加一个管理人员。<br/><br/>请各位有过发酵槽生产经验的老师提供有关人工使用情况。谢谢。<br/><br/><br/>

宋总，如果您没有现成的翻堆机，一次发酵槽在山东可能是您更好的选择。我的情况不一样，现有二台二年新的翻堆机，不便宜，现在不可能丢掉。翻堆机的好坏对培养料质量影响很大。<br/>以下是引用菇魔力的发言<br/>国产遂道和工厂化栽培蘑菇，请到福建武平看一看，低压和高压遂道都有，同等规模造价是进口的五分之一，比其他工厂化食用菌造价差不多。<br/><br/><div class="msgheader">QUOTE:</div><div class="msgborder"><b>以下是引用<i>富邦菌业</i>在2011-9-25 9:32:58的发言：</b><br/>

2、自动走动翻堆机，操作是相当方便的，忙时一个人可同时看二台翻堆机，这里指的是柴油机动力。 <br/>

3、投资小且快。建一大整块硬化水泥地面， 一个污水回流池，还有水泵房，一二台翻堆机，铲车，您就可开始生产了。<br/>

SYLVAN SPAWN
昨天有幸与SYLVAN一专家交流，他对美国、加拿大，欧洲，南美洲以及中国的蘑菇技术指导。他说宾州有三家大菇场（堆料场），一半使用翻堆机。全美多过一半还在用翻堆机。全美平均单位面积产量6Lb/Ft2，有一菇场最高产达 9.5Lb/Ft2 (46.4KG/M2)，最低不下于8.0Lb/Ft2。1 pound spawned compost produces 1 pound mushroom.<br/>
