平菇孢子过敏,是栽培者一种现象,一般跟自己体质有关,但是应预防为主,首先喷水,使孢子下沉,然后加大通风,在采摘。菇体应在七、八成熟摘最好。不要等孢子散发再采摘。或者选择一些无孢品种,比如,八几年,河北大学,杨国良教授曾驯化过一个品种。无孢品种;‘河大一号’。曾经风靡多年。
