细菌检测我做过,确实出现过你说过的现象。但是我感觉好象于培养料的选择有一定关系。同样的灭菌温度,不同的培养料表现就不一样。另外,工厂化生产过程中培养温度的控制是成败的一大因素,单纯强调培养料的纯无菌状态是不现实的。
