<br/>图片主要是发酵厂系统，管路式发酵料仓和二次发酵隧道；<br/><br/>管路喷嘴式送风发酵补氧很均匀，比国内层板式二次发酵隧道的送风效果好，有料和无料处都可得到氧气。<br/><br/>目前我们在国内做类似管路式料仓和隧道发现有三方面问题需要解决：<br/>1：管路式发酵隧道需配置高压风机，国内达到配置的很少，只是风压风量接近或用降低铺料厚度解决；<br/>2：管路式发酵隧道对操作要求较高，需配置抛料机落料并且卫生达到要求才能发挥二次发酵隧道的作用，否则事得 期反；国内引进二次隧道很难达到稳定的效果，但一次料仓技术成熟可推广。<br/>3：造价问题，进口隧道少则100万，多则200余万虽然设备配置先进，但国内很难接受；我在内蒙，黑龙江和辽宁做些类似的料仓和隧道每条造价25万左右，效果也不错。<br/>总之国内双孢菇发酵隧道之路需要跨越---设备配置国产化，生产工艺标准化和企业需求理性化三个坎。<br/><br/>近期我会把改进的国产管路式发酵隧道资料和图片贴出来，供同仁参考借鉴。

<br/><br/> 管路式送风发酵料仓和大型通氧式地坪，<br/><br/> 新疆，内蒙和辽宁都开始做这方面的尝试了。<br/><br/> 在这方面杨国良教授做的很深入。<br/><br/> 解决好双孢菇生产前发酵的问题是目前国内大型生产基地的目标，即便一下子达不到欧洲水平，但借鉴<br/><br/> 一下管路式送风补氧发酵，也会大幅提高发酵料的质量，有别于常规建堆翻拢的工艺。<br/><br/> 感谢您带来新鲜的空气。
