想钱想疯了，大家想一想，能办起这样规模的厂，他们事先没有阅历和经验吗？<br/>如果没有，他们敢打这样的招聘，提这样的要求，如果有，他们何必找人呢？逗你们玩的。秀珍菇生产就那么回事。夏季只要有百分50转化率都有的赚了。

<p>秀珍菇我种了几年了，80%的产量做到过，但很难，第一是虫害，第二是人工，第三你的配方必须是打冷出菇，虫害控制不好，百分之五十都难，人工不够，只怕是百分之六十都难。这种配方，水分的多少很重要，少了产量低，多了98%的成功率很难。而且必须打冷出菇才可以高产。</p>
