<p>风扇用旧的，很便宜，风扇电源用蓄电灯的电源，边冲边用。如用电脑电源，可带多个风扇。</p>

把饮料瓶一个去口，一个去底。去口的比去底的稍大，能套在一起。下部的饮料瓶中部刺孔，用以排气。上部的饮料瓶中部划几条长口，用以透光和装入灯管，上部饮料瓶的底部1CM处装入风扇。灯管电源线从瓶口拉出。风扇电源线从瓶上打孔拉出。上部瓶体除透光处外，剩下的全部用电工黑胶布遮光。
