<p style="MARGIN: 0cm="0cm"0cm="0cm"0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 新宋体; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">    接种是食用菌制种工作中的一项最基本的操作,无论是食用菌的传代,分离、鉴定还是进行食用菌的形态、生理等方面的研究都离不开接种操作。接种的关键是严格无菌操作,根据不同的目的、不同的菌类及同一菌类的不同菌种容器,接种方法都有所区别,但在无菌条件进行严格的无菌操作这一点是必须共同遵守的。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
